Congratulations to our member, Francis Ngumbi, on his appointment to the inaugural Britam Youth Advisory Council.
Britam’s Youth Advisory Council is a pioneering platform bringing together eight young leaders from across Britam’s markets to provide fresh perspectives that inform product development, customer experience and financial inclusion. The initiative creates a structured platform for young voices to contribute to institutional thinking and help shape solutions that respond to the needs and aspirations of younger generations.
Francis Ngumbi has more than 15 years of experience as a finance and strategic business leader, with experience spanning FMCG, retail, automotive, technology and manufacturing. He currently serves as Group CFO at Kisima Farm Limited and is a member of ICPAK. He was also recognized among Business Daily’s Top 40 Under 40 in 2024 for his leadership in business transformation, financial performance, governance and operational execution.
