About This Event

The Innovation Driven Organization Masterclass (IDOM) is a flagship residential Programme designed to equip directors and senior leaders with the mindset, frameworks, and governance tools required to institutionalize innovation within their organizations. In today’s competitive and disruptive landscape, innovation is no longer optional—it is a strategic imperative that must be deliberately governed from the board level.
This masterclass focuses on how boards can move beyond ad-hoc innovation initiatives to embedding innovation into organisational strategy, culture, and operating models. Participants will explore the role of the board in setting innovation ambition, overseeing innovation portfolios, managing risk, and ensuring alignment between innovation efforts and long-term value creation.
Through a combination of expert-led sessions, case studies, peer learning, and practical discussions, participants will gain insights into how successful organizations build repeatable innovation capabilities. The Programme also addresses common barriers to innovation, including risk aversion, cultural resistance, and governance constraints, and provides practical approaches to overcoming them.
Set in a serene residential environment, the IDOM Masterclass offers an immersive learning experience that encourages strategic reflection, peer exchange, and actionable takeaways.
