The Directors’ Mindset Workshop by the Institute of Directors (Kenya) is an immersive development experience designed to help directors and senior leaders strengthen the mental and emotional foundations of effective board leadership.

Through interactive sessions, reflective exercises, and real-world governance simulations, participants explore how mindset influences performance, judgment, and ethical decision-making at the board level.
