Maurice Nduranu is an accomplished corporate leader with over 25 years’ experience, including more than 15 in senior roles across global and regional organisations. He is Group Chairman of CPF Group Limited, a diversified pension, financial services, energy and technology group, and chairs Chancen Africa Holdco, an impact-focused education-financing enterprise operating in four African countries. Maurice has served as Chairman of Eveready E.A. PLC and as a Board Member of KenGen, contributing to strategy, governance and investment oversight. His career spans investment banking, asset management, infrastructure financing and impact investing, with leadership roles at Acumen Fund, African Alliance and Development Planning & Financing Group (U.S.).

He is a seasoned board leader and has has guided teams across diverse geographies, financing U.S. public infrastructure, managing central bank and pension assets in East Africa, and overseeing investments in agribusiness, financial services, energy and manufacturing. He holds an MFE from UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business and a magna cum laude BSc in Business Administration from Cal Poly Pomona.

A member of the Institute of Directors Kenya, American MENSA and Beta Gamma Sigma, he was named among Business Daily’s Top 40 Under 40 and twice recognised in the Champions of Governance Awards. He also serves as Deputy Chairman of the Alliance High School Board and as inaugural President of COSSAAK, advancing education and alumni engagement in Kenya.
